This Privacy Policy describes how CHULO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal information when you visit cookware-review.com (the “Website”).
You cannot place orders or create an account on this Website. Links to the TitaniumPro™ Pan lead to the online store trytovara.com. Any processing there (orders, payment, shipping, customer service) is governed by the trytovara.com privacy policy.
CHULO LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, info@trytovara.com. Full operator details are in our Legal Notice.
This Website is a static website delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested address, the previously visited page (referrer) and your browser and device type. This is required to deliver the Website and to protect it against attacks and abuse.
Fonts and images are loaded directly from this server.
On your first visit we show a short notice about the cookies and similar technologies described below. When you click “OK”, this is stored in your browser's local storage (entry “cr_notice_v1”) so the notice does not appear on every visit. This entry is not sent to us or to third parties.
If you arrive on this Website through an ad or a link with a campaign tag, the address contains parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid or gclid. These parameters are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of your browser session and are appended to links to the store trytovara.com, together with a page tag (“ref”). This Website itself does not send these parameters to us or to third parties. They reach trytovara.com only when you click one of these links. The purpose is to attribute a visit to the ad campaign it came from. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab.
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (for example “_ga” and “_ga_<ID>”, stored for up to 2 years) to analyze the use of the Website on a pseudonymous basis: pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, sections of the article viewed, clicks on links to trytovara.com, and information about your device, browser and approximate location.
When you click a link to trytovara.com, a technical parameter (“_gl”) is added to the link so that the visit can be measured across both websites as one session.
More information: policies.google.com/privacy. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We use the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms, Inc., 1 Meta Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Meta”). It lets us measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work and build audiences for ads. Events such as the page view, viewing the article and clicks on links to trytovara.com are sent to Meta together with information about your browser and device, your IP address and pseudonymous identifiers. Cookies are set for this (for example “_fbp”, stored for up to 90 days, and “_fbc” if you arrive through a Meta ad). Information on how Meta processes data: facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
We also use the analytics and attribution service Triple Whale (provider based in the USA). Triple Whale attributes visits and later orders in the store trytovara.com to the ad channels they came from. For this, the requested address, the previously visited page, information about your browser and screen and pseudonymous identifiers are processed and stored in your browser's local storage. The script is loaded from servers of the domain config-security.com, through which Triple Whale receives the data.
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies or send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. If you block cookies, the article remains fully readable.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain uses, including the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@trytovara.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. The storage periods of cookies are listed in sections 5 and 6.
This Website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or manipulation. Data is transmitted to and from this Website in encrypted form (TLS).
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The current version is always available on this page.
